Chive ‘Chinese’ 🌿
Also known as garlic chives, this hardy perennial herb produces flat, grass-like leaves with a mild garlic-onion flavor. Popular in Asian cuisine for dumplings, stir-fries, and soups. In late summer, plants produce clusters of edible white flowers that attract pollinators. Extremely cold hardy and low maintenance once established.
