Bok Choy ‘Green Shanghai’ 🥬
A compact, fast-growing Shanghai-type bok choy with tender, juicy green stems and mild, sweet flavor. Excellent for stir-fries, soups, and braising. Performs well in both spring and fall plantings.

• Spacing: 6–8" apart

• Water: Keep evenly moist
